Consistent with its mission statement and the goals of AAPdN and in creating a more just society, the AAPdN through its Board of Directors has elected to take a position against the teen-aged death penalty. The Board passed the resolution posted here unanimously on September 25, 2020. Many thanks to our Fellows of the Academy, Drs. McCaffrey and Reynolds, for their commitment to this influential project. Here is the resolution in its entirety.
