Jessica Blasik is a pediatric neuropsychologist currently employed by Edelson and Associates in Louisville, KY. She primarily sees children ages 3-years through college- age for neuropsychological assessment, only occasionally working with the adult population. Her areas of clinical interest include assessment and treatment of children/adolescents with attentional and executive dysfunction, concussion and traumatic brain injury, learning disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and developmental delays, as well as the social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties that may co-occur with those disorders.

Dr. Blasik graduated from Duquense University in Pittsburgh, PA in 2011 with a

Doctorate in School Psychology where her studies and experiences centered on applied neuropsychology. She completed an APA accredited internship in neuropsychology and a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology with Virginia Beach City Public Schools. During this time, Dr. Blasik focused on utilizing neuropsychological assessment and perspective to inform treatment programming for the students. In her role with the school district, she also presented at national conferences on concussion management and how to use neuropsychology in a practical manner within a school system.

In addition to private practice, Dr. Blasik currently teaches undergraduates as an adjunct at Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky. She has also taught graduate- level school psychology courses as an adjunct for The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA in the past, where those students learned about applying a neuropsychological perspective to school psychology practice.

Dr. Blasik is licensed in Virginia and Kentucky, but only practices in Kentucky, and she is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. She is also a member of the American Psychological Association and Kentucky Psychological Association, and is excited to be the first Kentucky member of the American Board of Pediatric Neuropsychology.
